Important:
LEARNASE is not a degree-granting institution. Certifications, where applicable, are issued by third-party bodies.

4. Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment.

  • Fees once paid are non-transferable.

  • Taxes (GST or others) are applicable as per law.

  • Payment delays may result in suspension of access.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

  • Refunds (if any) are governed by the specific program agreement.

  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons are not refundable.

  • Program schedules may change with prior notice.

6. Program Delivery & Changes

LEARNASE reserves the right to:

  • Modify curriculum

  • Change instructors or mentors

  • Adjust delivery mode (online/offline/hybrid)

  • Update project scope based on industry availability

Such changes will not be considered a breach of contract.

7. Certifications & Outcomes Disclaimer

  • Certifications depend on third-party certification bodies.

  • Passing certification exams is not guaranteed.

  • Placement assistance does not mean job guarantee.

  • Outcomes depend on student effort, attendance, and performance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Assignments

  • Frameworks

  • Branding

are the intellectual property of LEARNASE.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Code of Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain professional behavior

  • Respect instructors, mentors, and peers

  • Avoid plagiarism or misconduct

Violation may result in termination without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

LEARNASE shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of employment opportunities

  • Technical issues beyond control

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Programs may use third-party tools (GitHub, cloud platforms, LMS, etc.).
LEARNASE is not responsible for third-party terms or outages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

  • Policy violations

  • Misuse of platform

  • Non-payment

  • Academic misconduct

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
